Meditation

Unless you’ve been living nice and cozy under a rock these past few years, you’ve almost certainly heard about the benefits of meditation. Those studies are great, but it's hard to find the time!

 

Why should you carve out time to meditate? Because punching people is wrong! All kidding aside, a regular meditation practice typically leads to you being happier, and the people around you will appreciate it as well!

Sound Baths

Sound healing has ancient roots in cultures all over the world. Aboriginal tribes and Tibetan Monks (just to name a few) have been using sound healing for thousands of years!

 

In the East illness, disease, and mental health issues are thought to be caused by an imbalance in, or a blockage of, energy throughout the body. Sound healing is a powerful way of using specific frequencies to bring the mind, body, and spirit back to a state of harmony.  They're also great at helping you get into a really deep meditative state, leaving you feeling refreshed.

Reiki

If you'd like to feel a little more grounded, a little more present in your daily life and in better emotional alignment, a reiki session might be just the thing.

 

Reiki is a beautiful way to relax, reduce your stress and welcome a greater sense of calm into your life.

My goal is simple - Support you in your healing journey, allowing the body, the mind and the spirit to come into better alignment naturally.

Sister Circles

Beautiful things happen when women come together, support each other, and share their wisdom and experiences! 

 

Never heard of a Sister Circle before? Fantastic, we love bringing women into this amazing opportunity to share, heal, and really be heard. Sister circles are actually an age old tradition - women have been part of unofficial circles for hundreds and hundreds of years! 

​

We offer open circles (where the group of women that attend changes each week) as well as closed circles (where the group of women remain the same). If you are interested in doing a closed circle with a group of friends, family, or co-workers we'd be happy to facilitate it for you!

Private Events

Liking what you’re see in our public events but want in something more personalized? It just so happens that we offer private events in addition to our scheduled public sessions! We completely understand that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and that sometimes you’d love to delve into wellness with people you already know or would like to get to know better.

We always enjoy doing private events for teams, friends, families, and companies. It’s amazing to see the shift in communication and relationship dynamics after an event. This isn’t your average team building experience that’s for sure!
