Join us for a deep dive into self care this January while  giving back to others!

We've had the privilege of meeting and getting to know some absolutely incredible human beings through our podcast - The Struggle is Real. Every single person we've spoken to has inspired us personally, moved us deeply, and has helped us explore some really big, incredibly important topics. We couldn't be more grateful for all of the amazing people we have been able to connect with.

We recently interviewed a young Inuit woman living in Nunavut - Annie (you can listen to her episode here). She has been an absolutely incredible advocate for mental health resources and suicide prevention in her community. We were incredibly touched by her story and the beautiful way in which she shares her culture with the world. Our conversation with her stuck with us long after we said goodbye, and she has inspired us into action!

Join us for an online fundraiser!

All of the proceeds of this fundraiser are going directly to the Kamatsiaqtut Nunavut Helpline - an initiative that is training local people to operate the helpline. It's a place where Inuit can call and speak to somebody in their own language, which we think is really beautiful.

Since in-person events are still on hold for the time being, we were inspired to host this fundraiser online! We've created a Facebook group where all of the action will be taking place!

This group will be up for the entire month of January, with live events and watch parties taking place from January 1st - 8th. Curious to know more about the what will be taking place inside this private Facebook group? Keep on scrollin'!

  Did you know...

The suicide rate in Nunavut is 10x higher than anywhere else in Canada.

And access to mental health resources and support is anything but ideal.

The wait time to get in to see a therapist or counsellor is roughly 8 months in many communities. It's even difficult or impossible for many to access online support due to poor internet connection and incredibly high cost.

These communities need better mental health resources - and we want to be a part of the solution!

We'd love for you to be a part of the solution too - join us!

  What to look forward to...!

We've got an awesome lineup of people, resources, and practical tools for you to take advantage of within this group! We'll be releasing them throughout the first week of January, but don't worry - you'll have the entire month to explore and dive into the various offerings. You're welcome to jump in and join us at any point in the month!

Staying true to the inspiration for this fundraiser, we're going to be focusing on self care and mental health support. There will be live events, watch parties, downloadable resources, and new tools that can support your mental health. We've got experts, community leaders, and all around amazing human beings contributing to this fundraiser!

We can't wait for it to get started, and would love to have you there with us! Join us!
