Return to Presence: Meditation + Sound Journey - August 20
When we slow down enough to notice our breath, the sounds around us, and the quiet wisdom within, we begin to experience life a little more deeply. We create space to soften, to savour, and to reconnect with ourselves.
Join me for an evening to slow down, quiet the mind, and gently return to the here and now.
Unlike a traditional sound bath, this immersive experience weaves guided meditation and healing instruments together throughout the entire journey. As words and sound intertwine, you'll be gently guided back to your breath, your body, and the present moment—again and again.
Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, flutes, drums, and gong come together to create a rich, immersive soundscape that supports deep relaxation, presence, and inner stillness. The soothing vibrations invite your nervous system to settle while creating space to simply notice, observe, and fully arrive in this moment.
No meditation experience is needed. This space is open to everyone—just bring yourself and a willingness to be present.
Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling calmer, more connected to yourself, and more fully present for the life unfolding around you.
