You're in the right place! We're so happy to see you're interested in learning more about meditation, and are ready to put in the effort to develop your own meditation practice. Absolutely NO meditation experience is required ​to take our courses. There isn't anything you need to run out and purchase in order to do them either, all you need is a comfortable place to meditate and your brain - but, well, you're kind of stuck with that one anyways!

Are you at the beginning of your meditation journey, or just looking to explore other styles of meditation, and hopefully discover a few tools you can add to your practice? Look no further - this is the perfect place to start.

 

In this course we'll be bringing you 10 daily meditation lessons right to your inbox - that means you don't even have to get our of your pyjamas!

Each day an email will magically appear with your daily lesson, your meditation, an MP3 file you can download, and lots of other goodies to support you on your journey! These emails are packed with lots of information! We even have a private Facebook group for everyone taking this course.

"Tonight I did the sound bath meditation. I did not have a moment without holding my 10 week old today so I thought “guess you’re doing it with me!"

I am a lover of sound baths and this was no exception. The high pitched frequencies really resonated with me and I felt a “sprinkling” of this anxiety/adrenaline/emotion (sorry, I have no idea how to describe it) when I heard it and it left me feeling so calm at the end of it.

Just to also add- my little guy was having a tough evening and as soon as I turned this on, I could feel his heart rate and breath rate lower as I focused on breathing and then for the longest time he just lay on me completely content, not moving or doing anything, just absorbing the sound. The high pitch frequencies seemed to affect him as well as he would make these little whimper noises when they happened. By the end he was snoozing very peacefully."
